New Funding for Wellbeing Workers

Thank you for enabling us to continue our Wellbeing Services

This funding will enable us to reach out and support people to become more resilient and manage their emotional and mental wellbeing. We will be able to provide support to enable people to develop positive coping strategies, learn tools to support and enhance their mental wellbeing and connect with others experiencing similar difficulties.

Bydd y cyllid hwn yn ein galluogi i estyn allan a chefnogi pobl yn Sir Fynwy i fod yn fwy gwydn ac i reoli eu lles emosiynol a meddyliol. Byddwn yn gallu darparu cymorth i alluogi pobl i ddatblygu strategaethau ymdopi cadarnhaol, dysgu dulliau o gefnogi a gwella eu lles meddyliol a chysylltu ag eraill sy’n wynebu anawsterau tebyg..
