“I didn’t think anyone could help me. You’ve helped me change the way I think and behave for the better. Thank you so much.”

Our service

The service is co-ordinated by a qualified and experienced counsellor who provides counselling and supports all the counsellors. All of our counsellors are registered members of the British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy and have a variety of backgrounds, experience and knowledge.

We can offer counselling to both men and women over the age of 18 years of age who live within the county of Monmouthshire.

We can also offer you counselling appointments with either a male or female counsellor.

Each of the counselling appointments last between 50 – 60 minutes. The counsellor can offer you appointments at the same time and day every week. This is our way of helping you gain the best possible outcome from the service.
