Job Title: Head of Wellbeing and Counselling Services

Salary Scale: NJC scale 27 – 34 £35,745 – £42,403

Location: Torfaen and Blaenau Gwent (2 days), Newport and Monmouthshire (3 days)

Contract Hours: 37 Hours per week

Responsible to: Director of Services

Expenses: Expenses incurred in carrying out the duties of the post will be reimbursed including travel to work places other than your primary workplaces.

We are recruiting a Head of Wellbeing and Counselling Services to coordinate, lead, develop and expand our Wellbeing and Counselling Services team across Mind in Gwent. It is essential to have experience of management and working in a third sector organisational setting, along with a willingness to embrace and develop our Wellbeing and Counselling Services.  

The Head of Wellbeing and Counselling Services will be a member of the wider leadership team of Mind in Gwent taking collective responsibility for Mind in Gwent decisions and communicating them to colleagues in a constructive and positive way. 

Head of Sustainability and Growth at Mind in Gwent

Job Title: Head of Sustainability and Growth

Salary Scale: NJC scale 27 – 34 £35,745 – £42,403

Location: Hybrid

Contract Hours: 37 Hours per week

Responsible to: Director of Finance and Organisational Support

Expenses: Expenses incurred in carrying out the duties of the post will be reimbursed including travel to work places other than your primary workplaces.

We are recruiting a Head of Sustainability and Growth to coordinate, lead, develop and expand our sustainability, growth and marketing activities and team across Mind in Gwent. To take strategic leadership and responsibility for the sustainability, growth and marketing activities, coordinating and managing the sustainability, growth and marketing team.  

It is essential to have experience of management and working in a third sector organisational setting, along with a willingness to embrace and develop our sustainability, growth and marketing activities to generate more income and impact for Mind in Gwent. 

Head of Housing, Tenancy and Supported Living Services at Mind in Gwent

Job Title: Head of Housing, Tenancy and Supported Living Services

Location: Monmouthshire with travel to Newport, Torfaen and Blaenau Gwent

Contract Hours: 37 hours per week

Responsible to: Director of Services

We are recruiting a Head of Housing and Tenancy Support Services to coordinate, lead, develop and expand our Housing, Tenancy and Supported Living Services team across Mind in Gwent. It is essential to have experience of management and working in a third sector organisational setting, along with a willingness to embrace and develop our Housing, Tenancy and Supported Living Services.  

The Head of Housing and Tenancy Support Services will be a member of the wider leadership team of Mind in Gwent taking collective responsibility for Mind in Gwent decisions and communicating them to colleagues in a constructive and positive way. 

Head of Children, Young People and Families Services at Mind in Gwent

Job Title: Head of Children, Young People and Families Services

Salary Scale: NJC scale 27 – 34 £35,745 – £42,403 (Maternity Cover to at least end of July)

Location: Newport with travel to Monmouthshire, Torfaen and Blaenau Gwent

Contract Hours: 30 hours per week

Responsible to: Director of Services

Expenses: Expenses incurred in carrying out the duties of the post will be reimbursed including travel to work places other than your primary workplaces.

We are recruiting a Head of Children, Young People & Families (CYPF) Services to coordinate, lead, develop and expand our CYPF team across Mind in Gwent. It is essential to have experience of management and working in a third sector organisational setting, along with a willingness to embrace and develop our CYPF projects.  

The Head of Children, Young People & Families (CYPF) Services will be a member of the wider leadership team of Mind in Gwent taking collective responsibility for Mind in Gwent decisions and communicating them to colleagues in a constructive and positive way.
